What is JUNIP?

JUNIP is a German infuser drinks company that develops, produces and provides you with a smarter and healthier alternative to sodas, syrups, lemonades and other sugar-filled drinks.

What can I use JUNIP for? 

In addition to using JUNIP’s infusers as a mixer in non-alcoholic drinks, like sparkling or still water, you can use our JUNIP’s with various alcoholic beverages. You can also use our infusers as an ingredient for your baking and cooking. Please see our recipe page for inspiration.

What are the ingredients in JUNIP?

We only use natural organic aroma and water, nothing else.

Our products are certified organic, free from added sugar, free from GMO, free from artificial sweeteners, free from synthetic fragrances, free from synthetic preservations and free from synthetic colourings.

How do you sweeten your flavours?

We do not add any sugar or additives to our infusers, we believe in keeping it natural. Our JUNIP flavours come through the full freshness of the fruit, herb or plant itself.

Are your products gluten free? And what about GMO’s?

All our products are a gluten free and GMO is not for us!

How many servings will one JUNIP provide me with?
One bottle JUNIP contains approximately 70-90 infusions/shots.
What’s the expiration date for a JUNIP bottle?

An unopened bottle lasts for 3 months and an opened bottle for about 1 month when stored cool.

My JUNIP Strawberry tastes a bit different from the last time I bought one. What’s the reason?

Since JUNIP is a completely natural product, the taste of each infuser depends on the harvest of the respective ingredients and could therefore vary a little bit. Meaning that every single bottle is unique.

How will I know once you’ve sent my products?

I am not sure if my online payment went through?

JUNIP uses a payment processing company. In order for a payment to be processed your details are sent to them to check that you have entered valid details for a payment method. However, once you clicked on the “submit” button to send your card details, unless you receive a specific message back saying that it has failed, please assume that the order has been validated and the payment processed.

You should be orientated to a confirmation screen with an order number and receive a confirmation email. But – even if you don’t receive this email and you receive a general internet error message, the order may have been validated. Please do not use the “back” button as this will not undo an order once the submit button is pressed. If you are unsure if an order has been validated or if you have any other problems, please contact us via [email protected]

Are JUNIP’s bottles and packaging materials recyclable?

Both our glass bottles and our packaging materials are recyclable where facilities exist. We (just like you!) strive to conserve and protect our environment and planet!
